We are currently seeking mid 20’s – 30 year old FTM transgender or butch women to audition for Dorothy/Billy, the lead role in “Exactly Like You,” a movie inspired by the life of musician Billy Tipton who was born a woman but lived the life of a man from the age of 19 until his death. This film is being Directed by Silas Howard (By Hook or By Crook, What I Love About Dying) and produced by Effie Brown (But I’m a Cheerleader, In The Cut, Real Women Have Curves).
Filming will be on location in Memphis, TN, requiring a two-three month commitment. Shooting begins approximately in May 2006.
