Hamilton Township – Officials voted 5-0 Monday night to update local laws by removing prohibitions on firing guns, cross-dressing and other behaviors.
Township Council re-examined the ordinances at the behest of John Pucci after officials told him he would have to stop shooting targets on his 25-acre property – which falls within the state Department of Fish and Wildlife’s hunting and trapping territory – when it’s not hunting season.
