Artists typically use a flat canvas to paint on but Criss Wiebe prefers to paint on a contoured canvas – the human body.
And she’s good at it. Wiebe captured the top prize in the face paint portion at the recent Canadian Bodyssey 2010 Face Painting and Body Painting Convention in Calgary.
The competition theme was Dungeons and Dragons and Wiebe chose to paint Drag-On-Queen, both to utilize drag-queen style makeup around her model’s eyes and a dragon face.
