An employee assigned to a “genderless” toilet since coming out with plans for a sex change is fighting for the right to use a washroom reserved for the gender of his choice.
According to reports, the 55-year-old senior IT manager at Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corp has complained to the Equal Opportunities Commission, alleging he was not allowed to use either the men’s or women’s bathrooms since beginning on his gender switch to a woman.
