Captivating audiences with a theatrical flair of female impersonations, Christopher Peterson joins the Rehoboth Theater of the Arts for the first time this summer as he transforms into a multitude of divas of diverse talents. The one-man show, “Eyecons,” is a light piece of fluff entertainment for ages 18 and up.
A native of Moncton, New Brunswick, Peterson was born to perform. Developing an interest for acting at an early age he participated in theater, school and church choirs. However, the day he discovered himself as a female impersonator, he said, “I was putting on make up to go to school one day – Oops!”
“Actually,” he said, jokingly, “I like to tell people that my DNA stands for Drag ‘n Attitude!”
