This introductory course is intended for individuals wishing to increase their ability to offer inclusive and nonjudgmental service to transgender clients or patients. The class will discuss a model for understanding sex, gender and identity and will talk about specific steps you and your organization can take to increase the inclusiveness of the service you offer.
