As the lights dim, a cacophony of whistles and woops permeates the hopelessly expectant room. The crowd pushes forward, each eager punter jostling for a better view. The anticipation builds to a terrifying frenzy. The show is about to begin. Then suddenly, in a blaze of colour and movement, out bursts Kitty Glitter, along with six bow-tie-clad dancers.
