The Manchester based national youth network scoops prestigious award.
Queer Youth Network LogoQueer Youth Network, the national organistaion run by and for young people, “that exists to provide a united voice for all lesbian, gay, bisexual, asexual, pansexual, intersex, transgender, transexual, queer and curious youth” – have won the best youth group award in the 2009 Pink Paper Reader’s Awards.
Queer Youth Network aim to represent the needs and views of LGBT Young People through campaigning for greater visibility and equal rights, as well as providing general support and information to those who are just ‘coming out’.
