Women’s only music fest features trans singer

Beth Isbell, a transgender singer/songwriter from Oklahoma City, is part of a lineup of women performing in today’s GoGirlsMusicFest at the Drunken Unicorn. Other performers include Tracy Rice and Ronda Caddle.

Isbell played Atlanta’s Pride festival this year and has also performed as part of the city’s Southern Exposure series. Caddle is a long-time lesbian favorite and Canadian Rice also regularly performs in Atlanta, including as part of Southern Exposure.
