Toronto – This year’s Gay Pride Week in Toronto attracted more than one million people, and among those who celebrated the event was a small student group representing Jewish members of the gay community.
Pride Week – which takes place every year in the last week of June and includes galas and street festivals, and ends with a parade that begins at Church and Bloor streets, goes west to Yonge Street and south to Carlton Street – is one of the largest such events in the world.
