Adam Salvona is trying to explain to me how, as “Duchess Leigha Divine Dior,” he will be joining about 200 other members of the “International Court System” – including “Empress Nicole the Great Mother of the Americas,” who is actually a guy from California – in and around London all this week to celebrate the fact that after three years as a “barony” and then 16 years as a “ducal,” the local group (which boasts about 250 members in the London area) is finally being elevated to “imperial court” status.
