Ottawa – This weekend is going to drag in a big, bold way. Both queens and kings are going to be singing for a wish, fighting for a title, ogling at the veterans and partying at a post Gaga show.
On Friday night, queers will take over the straight stronghold of the Great Canadian Cabin for a one-night extravaganza, Drag for a Wish. It is a night for drag kings to strut their stuff while the queens belt out golden oldies. The evening is for a good cause, with all proceeds going to the Children’s Wish Foundation.
