A new event on Auckland’s gay scene will be an open opportunity for both female and male performance artists throughout the city to showcase their talent on stage.
Called Kings and Queens, the aim of the monthly event is to provide a consistent and exciting happening for the whole gay community to enjoy and participate in, says organiser Tai Waru.
Kings and Queens will be held on the 2nd Saturday of each month and hosted by the divine Queen Miss Taro Patch. “The first opening night promises to be full of diverse entertainment featuring quality performances with old and new artists and acts,” promises Waru.
