Artists’ work a fundraiser for Golden Rainbow
The Golden Rainbow Senior Center is inviting folks out for An Evening of One Night Stands.
The fundraiser will feature 28 Coachella Valley artists showcasing their skills as they make art out of ordinary wooden nightstands. The nightstands will be displayed for auction from 5 to 8 p.m. March 15 at the former Max Factor Estate at 277 El Portal in Palm Springs.
Similar to the idea of displaying Big Horn sheep statues at various sites across the valley, each nightstand will have a unique design that reflects an artist’s vision.
