Between Love & Goodbye Movie Review

Between Love & Goodbye has everything a downtown New York indie flick should have: a sham green card marriage, real estate complications, a starving actor, a struggling band, and one angry lesbian. In the middle of the maelstrom, a young and painfully good-looking gay couple tries to make their relationship work, but with so many distractions, it’ll be hard to hold their relationship together.

Unfortunately, Kyle’s troubled transsexual hooker sister/brother April/Cole (Rob Harmon) reappears after a year out of the picture and needs a place to crash. No New York apartment is big enough to be shared with a transsexual hooker, especially such a manipulative and malevolent one who keeps going back and forth from boy to girl.
