Kerit – “I am the devil everyone has been talking about,” said Lark Muncy, dressed as his stage character Ashley Stone during The Witches Ball on Saturday night at Kermit Community Center.
Approximately 40 people came out for the show the female impersonator announced as a fundraiser for cancer research. Three times as many attended a two-day-long church service, protesting the show just yards away at Kermit Town Hall. A total of 10 to 12 churches attended, with various denominations in the group.
