Cathedral City – On an average day, Brian Paul operates his in-home public relations company, wearing casual shorts and a pullover shirt.
Sometimes, he may add in the occasional dangly earring or car-shaped pink purse when he leaves the house.
Paul takes the accessories a bit further six times a month by bringing out his “twin sister,” Bella da Ball. She takes over two hours getting her makeup done by a professional artist – using exaggerated foundations, eyeliners and five different colored eye shadows.
