A 23-year-old drag queen who alleges he was ticketed by a Montreal Transit Corporation inspector because of his sexual orientation has won his case in court.
Victor Jr. Roberge was at the Papineau metro in January 2009 with his friends when he discovered he didn’t have metro fare on him and the broken ticket machine couldn’t take his debit card. He had to borrow money from his pals which prompted a big round of laughter and joking around.
