Port Hope — It’s a chance to see all the big names — Cher, Tina Turner, Lady Gaga — without the big price.
The Imposters, a group of celebrity female impersonators from Toronto, will bring the stars to Port Hope stage for a drag queen show at the Capitol Theatre on Sept. 28. Proceeds will go to Adopt A Village in Laos, a Port Hope-based charity, which helps bring clean water and build schools in rural Laos. The show is presented by Steve Rutledge and Mike Yap, Port Hope residents with Adopt a Village in Laos.
