It’s more than just show biz – at least it was for Alliance students who put on the school’s first annual drag show this past Friday to raise money for Indianapolis’ Damien Center, a non-profit HIV/AIDS testing center.
The show featured performances by Butler students, gay and straight, to pop songs and old classics, as well as professional Indianapolis drag queen Veronica Storme.
“The show was fabulous and fierce,” senior Kelly Fritz said. “It was awesome.”
