Nonprofit benefit raises money to help AIDS patients in Boulder County
Angel De Luna (Miguel Goldstein) performs Saturday evening at the second annual drag and men’s fashion show presented by the Boulder County AIDS Project at the Dairy Center for the Arts.
Give 21-year-old Boulder resident Miguel Goldstein a pair of tights, a box of makeup, a wig and a couple of hours, and he’ll gladly transform himself into his female alter-ego, Angel De Luna.
“I don’t think people always think about how much work it takes to, well, look like that ? about how much it takes for us to look fabulous,” he said of himself and his fellow drag queen performers.
