The FBI recently has dealt with bank robbers who wore Kangol hats, secondhand clothes and even a Groucho Marx mustache. But a robbery suspect the bureau is searching for is apparently trying to steal the show.
“The Cross-Dressing Bandit” is wanted for a heist at a Park Ridge bank Aug. 13, where he calmly appeared in a long black-and-pink dress, a pink sun hat, long white gloves and white sandals before announcing a stickup.
