Manila, Philippines — A security guard was arrested for allegedly shooting dead on early Tuesday a cross-dressing mute instead of paying him P20, which they supposedly agreed upon for oral sex at the Rizal Park in Manila.
But Lito Oxales, 33, a security guard of the AAB investigation and security agency, of Pulang Lupa, Muntinlupa City, claimed he shot and killed the victim identified only as “Richard” and “Pipi,” 27, of Pasay City, because the cross-dresser allegedly robbed him at knife-point of P240 cash.
