Films on alternate sexuality finds a prominent place in the package of films screened at the 35th International Film Festival of India here.
More than half a dozen films including those from France, Portugal, Canada and India have drawn the subject out of the closet.
The Portugese package has two films dealing with the theme of alternate sexuality. Root of the Heart revolves around a charismatic and unscrupulous politician who is obsessed with Silvia, a young transvestite.
