Durham businessman Gavin, 41, alias Leah True, is the subject of Channel 4 documentary Mr Miss World in which he is the first ever British entrant to Miss International Queen, a beauty contest for cross-dressers.
The documentary chronicles his trip to Thailand where he is up against 25 contestants who are mainly transsexuals and drag queens from all over the world, as he bids to win the $10,000 top prize.
He is accompanied by his beautiful, blonde girlfriend Sue, a London nurse who fully approves of his transvestite lifestyle and goes clubbing with him when he?s in drag. They?re the same size and go clothes shopping together.
