A tall platinum blond in a black low-cut cocktail dress, Diva is the ultimate dining-room hostess — always has a smile, always has a pen, always knows how to walk in stiletto heels.

Moments later, framed by sparkling green curtains, she saunters onstage in a white halter dress, lip-syncing Marilyn Monroe singing I Wanna Be Loved by You. She is all coy looks and half turns, blowing air kisses as she seductively channels the late sex symbol.

This Monroe is a man. And watching her perform is a crowd mostly in anything but drag: office workers, birthday revelers and out-of-towners off a cruise ship.
