IV. Restrooms, Locker Rooms And Shower Facilities.
The extension of anti-discrimination laws to cover transgender individuals creates a unique set of issues that the courts will have to resolve in the near future.1 For instance, transgender restroom, locker room and shower facility use may raise concerns among a transgender employee’s co-workers.
