Sydney (Reuters Life!) – The sequins, the stilettos, the slinky frocks: Australia’s best drag queens kicked up their heels for the annual DIVA Drag Queen awards in Sydney in a whirl of beehives and bosoms.
Photographers scrambled for a spot on the red carpet as more than 200 extravagantly coiffed and made-up queens gathered at Sydney’s main racecourse on Monday night.
As each limousine door swung open, long slender legs — followed by a muscle-bound body — stepped into the battery of flash lights.
