When the cross-dressing Gloucester doctor convicted of killing his wife committed suicide last year at MCI-Norfolk, “It touched me personally,” Dr. Dirk Greineder said in an interview at the prison yesterday.
“I gave a eulogy at one of the Lifers meetings.”
Richard Sharpe’s death is also one reason Greineder decided to speak to a reporter, although “I understand this is potentially a risk … for 10 years, I’ve chosen to remain quiet.
