A “think tank” of professionals that included experts on transgender issues that ranged in disciplines (law, medicine, advocacy) as well as athletic leaders from the National Collegiate Athletic Association and the National High School Federation convened for several days to turn the best inclusive practices into model policies and a framework for high school and college athletic leaders.
