Ok, I normally don’t post stuff like this, but I’m posting this very long back and forth thread of correspondence to give people an idea of what we occasionally have to deal with and, I must admit, because this person has pissed me off to such an extent that I feel the need to embarass them.
I should also mention that she said, as you’ll see if you read this through, that she’d be eMailing everyone she knew to tell people what Assholes (her word) we are. Since we have no way of knowing who she’s going to send these eMails to, this gives us a chance for them to see the entire story, rather than just one side of it.
I think the correspondence speaks for itself and it started with a Support Request. Other than masking the URL of Staci’s site, nothing in this correspondence has been altered and it’s in the order in which it occured.
I welcome people to comment on this Article. If you think we were “Assholes”, feel free to say so, if you think Staci was the “Asshole”, feel free to say that too.
Since she can read the Comments on this Article, as anyone else can, there is no need for us to post her eMail address and it’s been removed. She claims that she received threatening eMails so we thought it best to remove it.
I personally think, I was patient beyond what anyone should have expected.

Jon: Oh, now I understand, however, if you deleted your profile and Yahoo still has a link, I think if you follow the link you’ll find that it says profile not found. There’s nothing we can do if Yahoo is caching old search results, you’ll have to take it up with them. If, on the other hand, your profile does still exist on our site, you’ll have to send us a link to it, as I know of no profile that relates to your URL, but there are 20,000 profiles on URNA and I don’t know the details of all 20,000 of them.

Jon: Did you bother clicking on the link that Yahoo presents? Did you see that it comes up with Invalid Profile Request? It comes up with that because that profile does not exist on our site. When a profile is removed, it’s totally removed. What do you expect us to do if Yahoo still points to something that no longer exists? Your issue should be with them, not with us. We really did remove your profile and anything related to it when we removed it. It really does no longer exist. There’s nothing we can do on our end. We did what you asked. We physically removed your profile in it’s entirety.

We answer our emails farily often, it just so happens that it’s a weekend and I was out pretty late last night and helped my daughter move into her dorm today so I’m just getting to our eMails. Please read my previous responses. There is nothing we can do at our end. If anyone can do anything it has to be Yahoo, as Yahoo is pointing to a non-existent profile because Yahoo is caching old Search Results. It’s a common problem and happens with Google and other Search Engines and can take months for them to age out their cached results.

Jon: That is exactly what I’m telling you, when you click on “Cached”, it’s displaying it from Yahoo’s cache. The Profile is gone, it does NOT exist on URNA, so we can’t reinstate it. You could start a new one from scratch, however, that won’t help you. The problem is that Yahoo is keeping old content from previous search results in their cache on their servers. They even tell you it’s from their cache: “Below is a cache of http://profiles.urnotalone.com/125741. It’s a snapshot of the page taken as our search engine crawled the Web. We’ve highlighted the words: ************** .com
The web site itself may have changed. You can check the current page (without highlighting) or check for previous versions at the Internet Archive.”

Updated on 9/10/08: Okay, I’ve removed some of the Abusive Crap that I had posted after this point. It was more Abusive and contained more Threats than any of the above and it was giving this dimwit a Soap Box to speak from and I refuse to do that any longer.
Having said that, everything above this, is a strict Copy and Paste of correspondence between Staci and I and Staci and Dan. It is posted verbatim, nothing is left out and it’s posted in the order the correspondence occured.
Much of the eMail correspondence after the above started coming from Angel. I’m not sure if Angel is Staci or if Angel is the other half of this Couple. Regardless, it was the same Abuses and Threats as had been coming from Staci all along.
After realizing that this dimwit was eMailing False Accusations to People we decided to post this, primarily as a way for us to Defend ourselves. This allows people to see the Actual exchanges and, since we have no way of knowing who they eMailed their False Accusation to, this is a place where people can see what actually occured.
Interestingly enough… one of the people that they eMailed, expecting support, actually replied and copied us, offering us Support and letting us know that they were abused by this couple also. She even offered to send us their Pictures so we could Post them.
I’m going to post a final eMail that we received from them last night. I’m posting it because, to be honest, I want this person or persons to look like the fools they are and after 50 plus insulting eMails, I feel like humiliating them, however, I suspect their IQ is too low to have the ability of feeling humiliation.
We never received an apology from this dimwit, instead, after I informed them via eMail that I spent 5 minutes doing some research and included their Address and Phone Numbers and after they realized that someone was willing to send us their pictures… all of a sudden… guess what… now they claim that weren’t corresponding with us for 3 days. It wasn’t Staci or Angel, but guess what, they claim that it was their son all along. Bullshit. How low can you get to blame your actions on your child? I guess this just shows that the title I picked for this Article was right on target. Anyway, here it is…
