The owner of one of South Florida’s only transgender bars was found dead in his Hallandale Beach home of an accidental drug overdose in late March, according to police reports filed this week.
60-year-old Stanley Orlansky’s “nude body lying on the floor in a pool of bodily fluids” was discovered on March 31 by Hallandale Beach police officers, according to Hallandale Beach Police Investigator Anthony Diaz.
Orlansky owned Trixie’s Bar in Hollywood, a mainstay among the transgender community.
