When Russell Blackwood first got into the midnight-movie movement as a teenager in the ’70s, performances such as “The Rocky Horror Picture Show” were at their apogee. Today, the artistic director of the horror and fetish theater ensemble known as Thrillpeddlers is reviving the kind of entertainment that he calls “near and dear to my heart” with “Vice Palace: The Last Cockettes Musical,” a cult musical revue that weds Grand Guignol theater to gender-bending spectacle.
