Hi everyone. When corresponding with Dan or I via our personal eMail addresses or via email@example.com regarding any type of support issue, it would really help if you include past correspondence so we know the history of what you or we have tried to resolve the problem. The best way to do this is to Reply to our eMail when we answer your initial eMail. Some eMail clients have a setting specifying whether to include the original message or not and you really should set it to include the original message. We get a ton of eMail so it’s really hard, if not impossible to help without the background of what has been attempted.
