Drag kings plan prom while preparing for a huge fall festival
In a few months, Columbus will be invaded by hundreds of women with facial hair and suspiciously bulging crotches. In the meantime, residents can get a preview of what they’re in for when the Happy Renegades take the stage this weekend at Wall Street Nightclub.
The group’s 15 or so “drag kings” will present a show at 9 p.m. Saturday titled “Prom Reloaded: Fast Times at Wall Street High” prior to the group’s second annual “prom night.”
