A wrongful termination lawsuit against a popular organization for LGBT and allied youth is prompting former staff members to speak out about problems they had with the nonprofit’s executive director.
Monica Ann Arrambide, 36, filed a suit against Gay-Straight Alliance Network on December 30 in San Francisco Superior Court claiming, among other things, that Executive Director Carolyn Laub terminated her without cause on December 9 – barely a month after Arrambide started her job as program director.
