Miley Cyrus has recently made headlines with provocative photos, but local residents can see a unique rendition of the star’s music tonight.
Scottie Foertmeyer will play his own version of Cyrus in drag, “Handjob Montana,” at the fifth annual Athens AIDS Task Force Queen Challenge at Casa Nueva, 6 W. State Street.
“I’m getting a band together to cover versions of Miley Cyrus’ songs,” said Foertmeyer, a nursing student at Hocking College who originally created the persona for a Halloween costume. “Of course, mine are much more obscene.”
